This release introduces new AI Agent enhancements designed to expand integration capabilities and improve tracking and analytics for AI-generated interactions. With the addition of MCP Servers and Reference URL Suffix support, you can connect AI Agents to live business systems more easily while gaining better visibility into reference link engagement.
MCP Servers
AI Agent now supports MCP Servers, allowing AI Agents to connect to external tools and live business systems through MCP-compatible servers. This enables AI Agents to retrieve real-time data and perform approved actions during conversations.
You can connect either prebuilt or custom MCP Servers using endpoint URLs, then manage MCP connections and control which tools are available for use within Topic Instructions.

Reference URL Suffix
AI Agent now supports configuring a Reference URL Suffix when creating an AI Agent. The configured suffix is automatically appended to reference links provided by the AI Agent, helping improve analytics tracking and visibility into user engagement with AI-generated content.
This enhancement is especially useful for tracking traffic sources and measuring interactions with reference links in analytics platforms.
