With the new chat history capability, visitors can review past conversations directly within the chat window, helping reduce repeated questions and improving overall support experience.
Allow Visitors to View Previous Chats
With this new feature, visitors can access and review their past conversations directly from the visitor-side chat window. In the dedicated History panel, visitors can view conversation previews with timestamps, open full conversation details, and download chat history as PDF files for offline reference.
This feature can be configured separately for each campaign and gives you greater flexibility in controlling the visitor experience across different websites or support scenarios.
