Release Update (Apr 24, 2026) | RTG Integration

This release introduces a new integration with Realtime Gaming (RTG), enabling seamless access to player data within Comm100. With this integration, agents can view and manage RTG player information directly during chat and ticket interactions, improving efficiency and providing more personalized support experiences.

The RTG integration connects Comm100 with the Realtime Gaming platform, allowing player data to be synchronized and accessed in real time. Once enabled, an RTG tab is available in the Agent Console under Live Chat and Ticketing & Messaging, where agents can view player details and perform related actions without leaving the conversation.

With this integration, you can:

  • View RTG player information directly in the Agent Console
  • Automatically sync updates between Comm100 and RTG based on configured settings
  • Save chat transcripts and offline messages as notes in RTG
  • Customize field mappings and identification rules to match players accurately
