This release introduces new features and usability improvements to Ticketing & Messaging, aimed at enhancing agent efficiency, increasing visibility, and providing greater flexibility in managing workflows.


IMAP Email Account Type 

Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) is a standard email protocol that allows you to retrieve emails from a mail server while keeping messages stored on the server. With this release, you can now connect your email accounts to Comm100 using IMAP and SMTP configuration, enabling more flexible email integration and management.

Ticket Table View  

Table View provides a new way to view and manage tickets with greater clarity and efficiency. It displays tickets in a structured, grid-style layout, making it easier to compare tickets, identify priorities, and manage workloads at scale.

You can also customize the columns to suit your needs, allowing you to quickly scan key information such as status, priority, assignee, next SLA breach, and timestamps—all in one place.
