How to Customize Home for Live Chat

Home provides a customizable starting page inside the Live Chat window where visitors can start a chat, search Knowledge Base articles, review recent conversations, and access other support options.

You can customize Home for each Live Chat campaign, including its branding, chat entry, Knowledge Base content, recent chats, and shortcuts.

Note: You need the Manage Campaigns permission to customize Home. To learn how to manage agent permissions, see this article.

To customize Home, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Live Chat > Campaign and select the campaign you want to customize.
